Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gotyourhat.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gotyourhat.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
